Now, We are seeking for best candidates to fill the vacant position for our projects in Oil and Gas Company.
HSE Trainer - Preferable from Palembang/Jambi. Point of Hire is Palembang
Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
• Conduct assessment by observe and evaluate employees’ work to determine progress, provide feedback, and make suggestions for improvement.
• Present lectures and conduct discussions to increase employees’ knowledge and competence using visual aids, such as graphs, charts, videotapes, and slides
• Administer oral, written, or performance tests to measure progress and to evaluate training effectiveness
• Assess training needs through surveys, interviews with employees, focus groups, or consultation with instructors or customer representatives such as supervisor and superintendent
▪ Develop curricula and plan course content and methods of instruction
• Optimize the use of available technology to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of competency program to ensure all data and documentation are stored systematically, up to date and ready for retrieval at any time for audit
▪ Supervise and monitor students’ use of tools and equipment.
• Identify gap and prepare as gap lists as proposed to training coordinator as development plan
• Conduct re-assess after development execution
▪ Prepare reports and maintains records such as student grades, attendance rolls, and training activity details.
▪ Offer specific training programs to help workers maintain or improve job skills
• Provide individualized instruction and tutorial or remedial instruction.
• Organize and develop, or obtain, training procedure manuals and guides and course materials such as handouts and visual materials.
• Conduct on-the-job training classes or training sessions to teach and demonstrate principles, techniques, procedures, or methods of designated subjects.
• Present information, using a variety of instructional techniques and formats such as role playing, simulations, team exercises, group discussions, videos and lectures.
• Conduct orientation sessions and arrange on-the-job training for new hires.
• Coordinate and conduct refresh training for Migas Certification related with HSE

Experience and education:
• Min. Bachelor degree from reliable university, preferably in Engineering
• Comprehensive HSE knowledge & oil/gas exploration & production activities
▪ Current company policies & governmental regulations knowledge
▪ Train the Trainer Certificate
