Job Description:
As a Warehouse and HSE Specialist you, will be responsible to execute warehousing activities for incoming and outgoing goods. Ensure that everyone follows established procedures and guidelines to receive, handle, store, record and dispatch goods in the warehouse and act with safety, efficiency, quality and productivity to assure that products and systems meet stated requirements.
Reporting to Project Manager, you will be responsible to:
- Ensure various warehousing operations including goods receipt, unpacking packing and storage, picking, issuing to shop floor, replenishment, packing of finished goods, loading and dispatching are executed in a safe, timely and efficient manner.
- Improve the in-house and outside storage facilities in line with the storage requirements and safety standards.
- Maintain complete data in the ERP system.
- Ensure that all the transactions are recorded in SAP MM Module (Goods receipt, goods issue and other challans).
- Check quality of incoming goods condition for storage.
- Ensure proper interaction with the suppliers.
- Participate in regular inventory control processes; responsible for inventory counting as per the cycle zecided.
Requirement:
To be considered for this role, you should hold a Degree in Mechanical Engineering with 8 to 13 years of experience in Warehouse management preferably in Electrical Engineering Company. The role will ideally suit someone who is proficient in MS Word, Excel and SAP MM Module.
