Field HSE Officer
Main Responsibilities:
Implement and monitor all aspect of safety and health on field operation to prevent risk of work accident and work health diseases to worker, work partner and community of field operation environment. Provide HSE leadership to Company field personnel. Manage on site permit to work approval and control activities. Conduct emergency response drills. Assist Field Superintendent to conduct thorough and accurate incident investigation, reporting, and follow action. Manage HSE record keeping and ensure all Hazard Observations and Corrective Actions are closed out in a timely manner.
Requirement:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Safety/Environment
Skills, Knowledge, Certification:
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Experience in implementation of HSE management system, work program, inspection, audit, emergency response, reporting and advising.
Work experience:
Minimum of 10 years in oil & gas industry with minimum 5 years as Field HSE Officer.
